Walkthrough - How to update your Profile

Step 1.

On the 'Home' screen, locate and tap the 'Settings' button at the bottom of the screen. This will lead you to various options for customizing your app experience.

Step 2.

At the top of the settings list, tap the section that says ‘Profile’. This is where you can change details such as your Height, Weight or other details.

Step 3 & 4.

Within the 'Profile' section, you can update your information, including Name, Password, Date of Birth, Sex (assigned at birth), Height, and Weight and your Primary Sport.

Step 5.

When you have finished updating your details, tap ‘Save’ in the top right corner of the screen.
