Step 1: Make your impression
Your journey with ORB Sport begins with a custom impression kit.
After you complete your purchase, our team will send you a kit where you’ll find everything you need to take your impression and step-by-step video instructions on the ORB Sport app. When you are finished, send it back with the enclosed return label. We use this impression to create a custom mouthguard.
Step 2: Your custom mouthguard is made
Your mouthguard is built to protect, support and evolve with you.
Once we receive your impression, our team of specialists handcrafts your custom-fit ORB Sport mouthguard in our laboratory. Each mouthguard is built for your unique bite and delivered in a compact, lightweight charging case.
Step 3: Sync and start training
You're ready for your first training session.
Once your mouthguard arrives, you're just moments away from unlocking a deeper connection to your performance. To get started, open the ORB Sport app, then follow the Bluetooth pairing instructions.

ORB Innovations provides a limited warranty of six (6) months from the date of delivery if the failure is due to defects in materials or workmanship.
