Walkthrough - How to delete your account

 Step 1.

On the 'Home' screen, locate and tap the 'Settings' button at the bottom of the screen. This will lead you to various options for customizing your app experience.

Step 2.

At the top of the settings list, tap the section that says ‘Profile’. This is where you can change details such as your Height, Weight or other details.

Step 3.

Scroll to the bottom of the 'Profile' page and you’ll find the option to 'Delete Account.' Tapping this will start the process of deleting your account.

Step 4.

A confirmation dialog will appear, cautioning you about the delete process. Tapping ‘Delete’ will initiate a process that will permanently erase your identifiable data.

Step 5.

Tap ‘OK’ on the alert popup to dismiss this message and return to the ‘Launch Screen’.

Step 6.

Following the account deletion, you will be automatically logged out and returned to the Launch screen. If you attempt to recover your account after the deletion, you’ll need to reach out to our support team through our website. Please note that once the account is past the 45 days," the deletion is final and the account cannot be recovered.
