|
3. Session Summary |
This section provides a summary of your session, displaying the following metrics:
|
4. Difficulty |
Difficulty, also known as the Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE), is a your personal score that captures the intensity of your workout on a scale from 1 to 10. By logging this post-session, you reflect your personal assessment of effort. Without entering it, we can't generate your Workload score. |
Heart Rate Section |
5. Heart Rate Graph |
This graph presents a visual representation of your heart rate throughout the session. It dynamically scales to offer a clear view of how your heart rate responded during various phases of activity. Gaps in the graph may indicate moments when the mouthguard was not recording, such as when it was removed from your mouth. |
6. Heart Rate Zones |
This section displays a color-coded breakdown of the time spent in each heart rate zone throughout your session. Each zone corresponds to a specific range of beats per minute (BPM) and is designed to represent different levels of exertion, from light to very intense. The zones are personalized according to your age and fitness level. |
7. Heart Rate Details |
This section displays the Most Active Heart Rate Zone, Average, Maximum and Minimum Heart Rate over the Session. |
Movement Intensity |
8. Movement Intensity Graph |
This metric emphasizes when you are performing with the greatest intensity on a scale of 0 to 100. You should note when you have been able to achieve maximum intensity and when it has dropped off. |
9. Average Movement Intensity |
Taken from the Movement Intensity Graph, this is the average intensity you have been able to achieve across an entire session, between 0 and 100%. You can compare your average intensity across different days and conditions. |
10. Movement Intensity Zones |
Different sessions and sports require different movement demands. High, medium and low zones intensity zones show where you are spending most of your time. |
DistanceThis section is only available for contact sports, like American Football, which are played on open fields or courts where distances are more important. In contrast, combat sports occur in enclosed environments where movement is less about distance covered, making this metric less relevant. |
11. Steps Chart |
This graph shows the number of steps taken throughout the session. It visually tracks your step count over time, providing a moment-to-moment look at your activity level and helps illustrate periods of higher and lower physical movement. |
12. Distance Details |
This section shows the Total Steps you took over your Session and an estimate of the distance you travelled. |
ImpactsThis section is currently in Beta, meaning it will continue to improve over time |
13. Linear Resultant G-Force Graph |
The graph shows the linear G-force experienced during the session. The graph shows aggregates forces from all three axes, X, Y, and Z, to give an overview of the impacts sustained. |
14. Average Impact Magnitude |
This parameter presents the average size of G-force impact on each side of the head, illustrating which side experienced more force during the session. |
15. Impact Region |
Impact Region displays the percentage of impacts detected by the mouthguard on the left side versus the right side of the head. |
16. Impact Region Difference |
This parameter indicates the difference in the percentage of impacts felt between the left and right sides. |
